Quality and occupational health and safety management clerk full-time or part-time (m/f/d)

You actively support the further development of our integrated management system (IMS) with the topics of occupational safety, quality management and environmental protection and bring their own ideas to optimise. You ensure compliance with all relevant standards, standards and regulatory requirements – reliable, quality-conscious and practical. With great care, you maintain and manage our IMS documentation and work systematically to support our new IMS software. You take over the management of improvement management and support in the structured processing of measures. In the case of internal and external audits, you will participate in the preparation and follow-up and accompany the implementation. You prepare evaluations, overviews and statistics by bringing data together and preparing meaningfully. All organizational tasks – such as regular safety instructions, occupational medical examinations and other recurring requirements – have an independent and reliable view. At your work, you value accuracy and develop suggestions for processes within the framework of legal requirements.

You have a completed commercial or technical training and have ideally already gained initial experience in technical expertise. Studying or continuing training in the field of technology, quality management, industrial engineering or occupational safety is desirable – but no need. With MS 365, in particular Excel, go around safely and routined. You bring a good understanding of technical relationships and can classify them in a comprehensible manner. Their work is independent, structured, independent and result-oriented. Accuracy, hand-on mentality and a reliable working style. You communicate safely in German and English – both oral and written. A class B driving licence completes your profile.
