For our services in Schwäbisch Hall and Heilbronn we are looking for you as a customer advisor (m/w/d) in part-time (19-29 hours/week) for personal customer contact.

As a competent contact person for all questions regarding statutory health insurance, you can easily provide our insured persons with care. Regardless of whether A is like “medicine” or Z, such as “Zahnhealth”: they help and are therefore one of the most important contacts our customers have at KKH.

Your diverse tasks

• With your all-round good care, you will be able to help our insured person in Schwäbisch Hall and Heilbronn personally on three days a week. Optionally, a 4-day week is also possible.
• In doing so, you will receive requests, requests and critical questions and will always point to an optimal problem solution.
• Your first-class service enables you to continuously build customer relationships.
• They are in close cooperation with colleagues from sales and the various competence centres (Second Level).
• As part of the recommendation management, you promote the recovery of insured persons and contacts.
• In addition, you are proactively approaching our members by phone and support customer retention measures in the form of campaigns.

• For the fixed opening hours and the appointment service of the service points, you are reliably available.
