Management of software licences and registers, including acquisition, provision, monitoring and reporting

Monitoring of licensing agreements and conditions, technical assistance of licensing agreements

Introduction and administration of a central software asset management tool, with external consulting support

Cooperation with IT teams to ensure that all software licenses and registers are used optimally

Reporting on the status of license and asset management and continuous improvement of processes

Complete study of (economic) informatics, BWL or a comparable degree or multiannual professional experience in the field of license management

Ideally knowledge of software license agreements and conditions as well as in the common license management tools

Certain work and good skills in data analysis and reporting

Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various internal teams and external partners

Willingness to build and share knowledge sustainably

Teamability, flexibility, organizational skills and service-oriented action

Good English knowledge of word and writing
