Organisation and management of the region within the company's requirements and budgets

Key Account Management support for operational sales work and management for national and strategic customers

Leadership and monitoring of regional distribution and project planning

Organisation of project transfer and Acceptance of sales processing in cooperation with the Head of settlement

Management and monitoring of order processing in cooperation with the Head of settlement

Implementation of regular project reviews in cooperation with the Head of Development

Implementation and evaluation of quality controls, warranty and complaint services

Takeover of technical responsibility for large-scale projects

Instruction, management, control and performance assessment of the employees

Planning and reporting of business development

Ensuring close cooperation with the service department, participation in life cycle monitoring

Participation in the further development of process instructions, process descriptions and other standards

Implementation of quality management, work, health and environmental protection and first aid

Minimum 4-year higher education, preferably refrigeration technology, mechanical engineering, supply technology or comparable specialist or further training as a master / technician in the field of climate technology with long-term professional experience

Multiannual expertise in industrial refrigeration or technical building equipment

Special knowledge of project management

Experience in managing business units in the technical project business
