Tasks

• Production of CNC milling parts by drawing, work plan and CNC program
• creation of simple to medium-complex CNC machining programs directly on the machine or in the system
• Compilation of the required machining tools and independent presetting
• Testing of workpieces for dimensional accuracy and quality with safe use of common measuring devices

Profile

• Complete training as a machining mechanic:in milling technology or as an industrial mechanic:in this field with a focus on machining or relevant professional experience
• Multiannual professional experience in operating CNC milling machines
• Ideal experience in handling the Heidenhain controls ITNC530 and ITNC640
• Secure reading of technical drawings
