Development and implementation of a strategic purchasing strategy for information technology and services, taking into account corporate objectives and budget requirements Identification of potentials for cost savings and optimization of procurement processes in the respective areas Selection and evaluation of suppliers and negotiation of contracts and conditions Ensuring compliance with compliance and quality standards in the procurement of products and services Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders (gn*) Monitoring and analysis of the market and technology trends Close cooperation with other departments such as IT, personnel and law to coordinate and optimize the purchasing strategy Accompanying EU-wide procurement procedures in cooperation with our procurement management and conclusion of framework agreements Acquisition of the team’s technical leadership and co-design and optimisation of processes for the efficient implementation of the purchasing strategy

Complete studies in the field of business information technology, economics or comparable qualifications Relevant professional experience in strategic purchasing of IT products and services Beneficiary knowledge of procurement and contract law First leadership experience desirable Analytical skills and a good understanding of complex technical relationships Embossed communication skills and team orientation Used in handling electronic data processing (good knowledge in MS Office, SAP-MM)
