We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of IT: Account Manager (m/w/d) CMDB quality assurance & optimization: You ensure data quality and continuously develop the Configuration Database.

CMDB extension management: Together with the service manager and the service manager, you develop the extension of CMDB data.

Interface and Platform Management: With the other ITIL practices, you develop the system environment and optimize the interfaces to connected data sources.

ITSM Reporting Development: You are responsible for the further development and improvement of IT Service Management Reporting. To process the data, use Power BI.

KPI reporting: You analyze KPIs and evaluate them for customers and internal management.

Process and workflow creation: You create processes and workflows in the ITSM tool to support automation and processes.

The internal job description is: (Senior) CMDB configuration,- and database manager (m/w/d)

Complete study of computer science, business informatics, computer/data science or comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience

Knowledge of MS SQL database administration or MySQL or Maria DB

Experience in process development and implementation (BPMN 2.0)

Ideally: ITIL Foundation certification and very good knowledge of the ITIL Framework

Language knowledge: German (C2), English (C1)
