Team Leader Geotechnical Engineering (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team Control, coordination and continuous optimization of processes, standards and workflows Responsibility for quality assurance, productivity and availability Leading coordination and testing of geotechnical investigation programmes and expert opinions as well as geo-risk areas Technical consultancy and construction management of the external sites on questions of geotechnical engineering (e.g. earth and basic construction, handling of environmental-relevant materials, flow management both in terms of construction and environmental engineering) and support in contract disputes Participation in specialist boards and senior working groups Consultation in the inventory and planning, tendering and handling of construction measures and the implementation of training and presentations

Complete study of the field of geotechnical engineering or similar or acquired by professional experience, equivalent suitability Insufficient experience in geotechnical engineering as well as earth and ground construction In-depth expertise in the field of road management Knowledge of the evaluation of geotechnical studies and the determination of soil characteristics Management experience German knowledge of at least level C1 Class B licence and readiness to operate a service vehicle and readiness to travel That would be desirable: Knowledge of waste and material flow management This distinguishes you as a manager: You think in complex relationships and have a strong will to shape, combined with value-adding behavior and self-reflection.
