As a contact person m/w/d for our partner banks in the cooperative network, you are the key to our success. You build sustainable relationships and create tailor-made solutions in a strategically crucial business field. As a trusted contact person m/w/d for the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken you build a strong network and develop appropriate sales strategies and events. You recognize requirements in the business succession & M&A business, analyze them and can generate specific business approaches. You professionally coordinate the creation of company reviews and act as an important link between our customers and specialised service providers. You maintain relations with our cooperation partners of the VR successorConsulting, ensure a smooth running of mandate redirection and ensure the highest quality due to your care. With your view for details, you take on important administrative and regulatory tasks and provide valuable impulses for the further development of our consulting services.

Complete study of economics BWL or a comparable discipline At least 3–5 years of professional experience in cooperation with customers and business partners Experiences in the banking sector (e.g. in corporate customer business or private banking) or in corporate consulting (ideally M&A) and a good understanding of the cooperative financial group Interest in business transactions – practical experience is welcome, but no requirement Knowledge in relevant fields such as business or market analysis, business management and balance sheet analysis knowledge of commercially available assessment methods (e.g. DCF, multipliers); practical experience is also advantageous here Secure handling of MS Office as well as an affinity for databases & search tools
