Your tasks with us: no day is equal

• You ensure professional maintenance and service
• You are the first contact person for customers with regard to our service offer
• You take the installed equipment into service
• You get offers from suppliers and perform material orders
• You run a team of about 10 service technicians including capacity and deployment planning
• You take responsibility for compliance with work safety regulations
• You support sales in creating offers
• Performance certificates are tested and released by you

This brings you with: fun on technology and customers

• You have a completed training in the field of electronics or metal as well as a training course for master m/w/d or a comparable qualification
• You have professional and ideally first leadership experience
• You customer and service orientation as well as good communicative skills in German also belong to your profile
• A sense of cost and responsibility for you are, of course, just like a pronounced solution orientation and targeted work
• You convince by a high affinity in dealing with digital technologies
• You bring traveling readiness in Hamburg and driving licence class B
