In your role as a Serial Product Audit Coordinator, you plan, organize and control testing of serial devices, C/D samples, field testing devices and back goods devices in close coordination with test centers, project teams, R&D and approval You prioritize daily testing, ensure the availability of equipment and provide important impulses for production planning Their responsibility includes the documentation and communication of test results on production and innovation, as well as the management of 8D processes including fault tracking and reporting You monitor all RTP activities in the plant, organize release checks and ensure the timely implementation of SOP appointments Together with interdisciplinary teams, drive forward preventive product planning by introducing Lessons Learned, Benchmarking and FMEA changes The planning, coordination and implementation of internal audits and the support of external audits in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 are your responsibility; also act as a SAP key user for quality-relevant changes

Qualification: Complete technical training or master in a metal and/or electric profession Know-how: Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideal in an industrial environment Skills: Funded knowledge in SAP, MS Office, Access as well as experience in Dive and vrDialog applications; Auditor training and training in quality management Nice to have: Experience in the moderation of ECN rounds and dealing with ARIS processes Language knowledge: German and English knowledge in word and writing Personality: High communication skills, strong organisational strength and the ability to prioritize and implement decisions
