Account Manager Customer Segment Automotive (m/f/d)

Support your own customer base: You are responsible for leading German automotive trade groups, mainly by telephone or by team, bringing new impulses to our business relations. New customer acquisition: Through targeted addressing and demand analysis, you gain new customers and actively expand our delivery portfolio. Offer management from A to Z: From creation to presentation to follow-up, you accompany the entire process to ensure sales conclusion. Teamwork with purchasing and logistics: You work closely with our internal departments to ensure perfect order processing. Care of the CRM system: You always keep all customer data in SAP Business One up to date and thus ensure transparency and efficiency in sales. Active support in sales and events: Whether trade fairs, promotions or customer events, you support in planning and create new contacts or strengthen existing customer relationships.

Your training: You have a completed commercial training, for example as a car dealer, merchant/wife in wholesale and foreign trade, or a comparable commercial or sales qualification. Ideally, you have an affinity for the automotive industry and have some industry knowledge. Experience in sales: You have experience in B2B sales and are safe in the telephone service and active contact of customers. Passion for sales and advice: You understand what customers really need, and develop customized solutions where the service idea is at first place. EDV-Skills: You control the safe handling of MS teams, especially with Excel, Word and Outlook. Ideally, you also have first experience in dealing with SAP Business One. Team player with flexibility: You like to work in the team, but you can also work independently on your own projects. Flexibility and adaptability are of course for you.
