Consumption of customer requests for workshop appointments and assignment of these according to priority of the services to be performed, possibly in consultation with the service consultants Leadership of scheduling with time-delayed consulting appointments, possibly in coordination with the service consultants Continuous adjustment of the current workshop capacity and maintenance in the scheduling system in coordination with the workshop manager and the service consultants Ensuring customer mobility Management of replacement / rental vehicles for the customer Preparation of the vehicle file or History Individual support of service customers. Price information for telephone enquiries Implementation of any necessary recalls to the customer Processing of warranty and cunning requests Implementation of the telephone service Leading complaint talks with the customer Customer support in the waiting area Responsibility for the workshop/service bank Invoicing and verification for completeness Correspondence with insurance

successfully completed commercial training, ideally with automotive cover Professional experience in the field of customer support and the operating process of a car house safe handling of MS Office strong customer and service orientation Reliability, flexibility and loadability team-oriented
