As an asset manager, we stand for the highest quality, discretion and reliability in the care of demanding customers. To strengthen our team in the field of customer master files, we are looking for a dedicated personality with well-founded knowledge in the area of estate and account cancellation. Your tasks: Maintenance, testing and updating of customer master files in compliance with regulatory and internal bank requirements Professional processing of estate cases (e.g. testing of inheritance certificates, collection of heirs, settlement of accounts and depots) Processing of account cancellations and account resolutions incl. Audits Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g. GWG, KYC, tax requirements) Careful documentation of all processes in the relevant systems

Completed training to the bank merchant / to the bank clerk or a comparable commercial qualification Funded professional knowledge in the field of estate processing, ideally complemented by experience with account closures Experience in a comparable task, especially in asset management, is advantageous Safe handling of banking processes and regulatory requirements Very careful, structured and responsible operation High service orientation and discretion in handling sensitive customer data Good communication skills in word and writing Safe handling of banking IT systems German language skills
