Our construction department is responsible for the management of all the construction matters of the cooperative. This includes, in particular, the planning and implementation of new and restructured buildings and the maintenance of construction.

Contractor representation and project management of repair, reconstruction and new construction projects Supporting the overall process of planning, tendering, awarding, implementation and settlement Participation in the creation of state-of-the-art analyses and concepts for repair and the annual construction plan Self-planning for smaller projects possible with interest

Complete study of architecture or comparable Expertise and experience, ideally in housing Competence in assessing qualities, construction costs and appointments Good knowledge of building rights, HOAI and VOB German knowledge of at least C1 level Creativity, Initiative, Communication Strength and Enforcement
