Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d)

You agree closely with the specialist areas on personnel needs and appropriate recruiting activities and perform them. In coordination with the executives, you form requirement profiles and job alerts. You will meet a pre-selection of suitable applicants in consultation with the specialist departments, prepare interviews and conduct them with the professional speakers. In administrative tasks, you support the department and work in HR projects. With the works council we maintain constructive and trusting cooperation.

You have first professional experience in the provision of operational personnel and good knowledge of the labour and industrial constitutional law, ideally the collective agreements of the metal industry. You are convinced by competence and enthusiasm and are proactive and solution-oriented. You face the use of innovative recruiting methods and tools. You bring a completed university degree with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification, good MS Office skills and very good English and German skills (in word and writing) round off your qualification. You are willing to extend your area of responsibility in a perspective way to aspects of personal care.
