You take a key role in the BSR waste heating power plant and ensure efficient and safe operation. As a shift manager, you are the engine behind our success and use all available means to ensure an optimal organizational and functional process.

You control the production process in the Ruhleben waste power plant – thanks to you everything runs efficiently, safely and round. You are a contact person for your shift team: in all workrelated matters. You plan, coordinate and carry out unlocking measures for repair work. For maintenance or technical malfunctions, you minimise downtime. In order to detect hazards and strains for employees, third parties and the environment at an early stage and at best to be completely excluded, you will test operational measurements. You monitor and serve the fire alarm. You support the planning of reconstruction and expansion projects as well as during the revision.

Completed university education (Diplom (FH) / Bachelor) of a technical orientation or completed qualification as a master:in (Bachelor Professional, for example, power plant or equivalent) with additional qualification in the field of technical environmental protection At least 3 years of professional experience in equivalent activity in the operation of mechanical and process equipment, in power plants or larger industrial plants Ideal training for:to fire protection officer Leadership experience and strong team skills Willingness to work on shifts and weekends

Remuneration: We pay according to TVöD VKA with regular tariff adjustments, an annual special payment and an additional occupational pension (VBL). In addition, there are shift supplements, supplements and time supplements for weekend / holiday and night work as well as an annual time credit of up to 90 hours for washing and changing times. This corresponds in total to at least 62.359.19 - 87.778,69 euros/year depending on the professional experience.
