Head of the property Waste collection consisting of the operating unit of waste collection, the container service and the deployment center with a total of approx. 185 employees in economic, human and technical terms Personnel requirement planning and monitoring of personnel deployment planning and disposition Creating investment, personnel and cost and revenue planning as part of budget planning Development of measures for the prevention of accidents and occupational safety, monitoring of their compliance and the acceptance of entrepreneurial obligations Responsibility for certification as part of the annual audit on waste management Introduction of personnel development measures Ensuring the future-oriented orientation of the property by updating the waste management industry knowledge

Completed degree (min. Diplom-FH/Bachelor), preferably in the business economy or with a completed further education (e.g. management specialist, business manager (VWA)) that qualifies you for the performance of the above-mentioned tasks multi-year leadership experience Experience in investment, personnel and cost and revenue planning Competence round and topics Industrial protection Stress resistance around the challenges of an operating daily business a quick understanding, an economic way of thinking and a strong sense of responsibility Class B driving licence and physical fitness for driving a car
