Control of the incoming tender documents for completeness (e.g. plans, performance directories, etc.) price inquiries to material suppliers or Subcontractors Creation of order calculation and material withdrawal for purchasing Creating a detailed calculation based on functional performance descriptions or performance directories with the help of the calculation program (RIB - ideally) Creating and checking performance directories and mass determinations Participation in the coordination and creation of construction contracts

completed studies (engineering, architecture or comparable) or alternatively master/technician in the field of construction First professional experience in the calculation of projects in raw and turnkey construction Knowledge with the RIB tendering programme Experience with BIM modeling and calculation desirable Experience in creating performance directories Project sizes of at least 5 million € Volume Funded knowledge in building law, construction technology and common software German language C2 driving licence class B
