Linux System Engineer for Exchange and Trading Systems (m/f/d)

The focus of your activity is on the operation, administration and continuous development of our Linux-based system landscape. You install, configure and maintain modern infrastructure and application platforms and ensure their safe and stable operation. You work with technologies such as RHEL, Puppet, Git, CI/CD, Containers, Bash, Python, JBoss and Tomcat, and continuously develop existing system landscapes. The automation of operations and deployment processes as well as the optimization of existing CI/CD pipelines are also part of your task. The analysis and elimination of disturbances as well as the close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers are also part of your varied task. In addition, you will introduce your own ideas to further develop our IT infrastructure and evaluate new technologies as well as best practices.

You bring a successfully completed (technical)university study of informatics, business informatics or a comparable qualification or an equivalent level of knowledge acquired in practice. In addition, you will bring well-founded knowledge in several of the following technologies: RHEL, Puppet, Git, CI/CD, Container, Bash, Python, JBoss and Tomcat. You will encounter new technologies with openness and interest and also bring an affinity to bank-related topics. An independent, structured and agile way of working is just as good as the willingness to continuously develop your professional knowledge. Teamability, professional and service-oriented handling of internal customers as well as external service providers and a pronounced communication strength complete your profile. We require very good German knowledge in word and writing.
