You continue to operate and develop our Microsoft-365 landscape: Intune, Defender, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Conditional Access and MFA You illuminate administrative and technical processes, model them (preferably in BPMN) and thus provide the basis for reliable automation You design and realize process automation You evaluate and guide AI tools productively into our workflows and actively work in the AI management team with

Education as a specialist or comparable study At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a hybrid AD/Entra-ID environment Finded practice experiences with Microsoft 365 (Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, Teams) Experience in process modeling, ideally with BPMN Ability to abstract complex processes structured Curiosity on AI tools and the ability to realistically evaluate their benefits Secure communication in German and English, written as oral Pragmatic, structured approach with hands-on mentality and the need to end topics Awareness of IT security and data protection in the business environment Remarkable: Lean or Six Sigma methods and experience with automation or workflow platforms (e.g. Power Automate)
