• Master/Diplom as an engineer for electrical engineering, deepening electr. Energy technology/building automation, alternative: building energy and information technology, engineer for applied industrial electrical engineering
• Alternative: Bachelor of the above-mentioned disciplines with well-founded knowledge in the planning, project planning and construction monitoring of complex and particularly difficult electrical engineering plants and well-founded practical knowledge
• In-depth knowledge of the technical regulations DIN VDE, MLAR, HOAI, procurement and contract regulations (VOB, VOL, VgV)
• Advanced knowledge of building control technology and automation
• Knowledge in measurement, control, and control technology of supply-oriented (TGA) systems
• Very good organizational and analytical skills, economic thinking and acting
• MS-Office, MS-Project, AVA software
• Class B driving licence
• Required: knowledge of building fire protection, safety standards
• Responsibility, resilience, ability to interdisciplinary teamwork and self-management
