Your tasks at a glance: In the shipbuilding projects, you identify deviations, errors or additional services that can be claimed to third parties, and accompany them structured until the final clarification with our contractual partners. You control and supervise the entire claim process from analysis and negotiation to implementation, working closely as well as solution-oriented with the relevant specialist departments such as manufacturing, purchasing and legal. For transparent documentation, you can regularly create monthly claims reports, including shipping, locations, affected facilities and equipment, as well as the respective damages or damages. Claim volumes included. You report to the partial and total project management about the current status, achieved milestones and relevant developments in claim management.

Graduate in Business Administration (BWL), Engineering or Shipbuilding, Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline Alternatively: commercial training with relevant training, e.g. in contract and claim management First professional experience in a comparable position as well as knowledge in contract law and project management, ideally with certification according to IPMA, PMI or the like in a similar position Experience in dealing with contracting authorities in Germany Treated handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as reliable German language skills in word and font Self-employed and solution-oriented working methods with a good understanding of business relationships and cost and costing structures readiness for occasional journeys within Germany (about 5 %)
