Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your duties

• Collection, processing, care and coordination of customer data and requests
• Interface to sales services and marketing
• Production of sales statistics and evaluations
• Management and maintenance of projects and customer information in the ERP system
• Coordination and organisation of trade fairs and internal kick-off meetings

Our requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Ideal experience in sales service or customer service
• Good knowledge in MS Office and ideal experience with a CRM system
• Embossed communication and team skills
• Customer-oriented and structured working with friendly appearance
