Team Leader EEG Billing & Equipment Engineering (f|m|d)

As a team leader, you are responsible for the operational and strategic management of the teams of commercial equipment & feeding with a wide view, leadership and an excellent service quality.

Team control: You are responsible for managing and implementing all the workflows of the teams of commercial equipment & feeding and ensuring smooth processes in daily business Interface management: You coordinate the workflows in the team and act as a central interface to supervisors, other teams and departments Infeed billing: You ensure the correct and timely feed-in billing including all upstream and downstream activities - especially in the context of testing Device Engineering & Rollout: You can ensure the commercial processes in the equipment industry as part of the rollout of intelligent measuring systems (iMS) and complex measuring devices Quality & Compliance: You ensure the proper performance of tasks in accordance with legal regulations, standards, contracts and procedural instructions and actively promote process optimization Reporting: You are building the reporting for controlling the responsible teams in a targeted way, creating a resilient basis for data-based decisions Leadership & Development: You guide your employees in a disciplined and professional manner - with an appreciation attitude, clear delegation and the view for individual strengths and development potentials Service Excellence: You live and promote a strong service orientation in the team, consistently implement service standards and strengthen a culture of service excellence Project work: You conduct projects and work actively in cross-departmental projects

Qualification & Experience: You bring a completed commercial training as well as several years of professional experience in the energy sector, ideally in the areas of device management and/or feed billing IT knowledge: You have deep and practical knowledge in SAP IS-U as well as in all popular MS Office applications Organizational institution: You control a variety of parallel topics structured, clear priorities and bring processes targeted to completion Management competence: You understand how to inspire people for topics, transfer responsibility and actively promote a positive, performance-oriented team culture
