Are you interested in inclusive living ideas? Then this place could be just right for you. It offers you the opportunity to shape and develop the innovative area of inclusive living and living.

10 people live in the WG at the airport, six with a disability and four without. The latter support their roommates with disabilities in everyday life. Further individual support is provided by a team of educational specialists and laymen of Lebenshilfe Gießen. In addition, the same team supports 7 other people in the house. As a pedagogical specialist, you support clients in the implementation of the objectives agreed in the participation plan and in their daily lives, in close cooperation and coordination with the competent, case-dependent pedagogical specialist.

You bring:

· A completed training as an educator*in or curative caregiver

· Professional experience in integration aid

· Great commitment to people with disabilities

· Creativity and flexibility for the implementation of an inclusive living idea and its further development

· Good communication skills

· Time flexibility; the hours of use are morning and afternoon until early evening and from and on weekends

Your tasks include:

· Implementation of the objectives of individual participation planning

· Implementation of the concept “Includes WG / Included House Community”

· Instruction of the employees employed

· Cooperation with relatives, Supervisors, internal and external services

· Social action for inclusion and sustainable development

· Support in living together in the inclusive community
