Procurement of production parts according to order specifications and WPS planning Monitoring of defective parts and introduction of appropriate measures in coordination with manufacturing Processing of returns and repairs Maintenance and monitoring of minimum stocks Optimization of procurement in terms of cost, quality, technology and delivery Identification of suitable supply sources and second suppliers Optimization of stocks and order quantities Cost-optimal procurement of capital goods and GMK material Participation in make-or-buy decisions and cost reduction projects Maintenance of supplier and purchasing data in the SAP/ERP system Processing order confirmations, invoices and order-related ERP operations

Experience in technical purchasing and procurement of drawings-based manufacturing parts Experience in supplier selection, offer assessment and supplier support Good cooperation with construction and engineering in new projects Experience in international cost reduction projects of advantage Experience in auditing and order confirmations Good SAP/ERP knowledge and experience in master data management Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
