The city of Aichtal (approximately 10,000 inhabitants) is located in the metropolis region of Stuttgart, surrounded by nature and diverse leisure opportunities in the Schönbuch Nature Park. For the opening of our new nature kindergarten, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced pedagogical specialist KiTa (m/w/d) in full or part-time, indefinite, remuneration up to S 8a TVöD

• Construction, organization of the new natural kindergarten.
• Development and implementation of a natural, child-oriented pedagogy.
• Cooperation with parents, supporters, specialist consulting and local cooperation partners.
• Participation in conceptual development and quality development.

Your qualification

• Completed training as an educator or a comparable recognised educational degree (according to § 7 KiTaG BW).
• Multiannual professional experience in elementary, ideally in a natural or forest kindergarten.
• Organisational skills and communication strength.
• Joy in work in and with nature.
• Team spirit, empathy and sense of responsibility.
