Your tasks: You advise our customers personally via phone and digital. You can also create a trusted consulting situation within the framework of the Sparkassen financial planning at a distance. You conduct initiative, targeted and final customer talks with media support. You support our customers in digital banking. You recognize customer requirements and are guided by our specialist areas. Your profile – let us inspire you: You have successfully completed your vocational training as a banker (m/w/d). You ideally have experiences in telephone customer contact, a pronounced communication capability and a very good expression. You bring a high affinity to new techniques and great interest in shaping new sales channels and actively using them in customer communication. compensation – the Sparkasse is a collective public employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the tariff regulations, in particular by sections 12 to 25 TVöD and the relevant regulations of the TVöD-BT-S. The enrollment of the enrolled entity is expected to be carried out in Group 8 (B) XXV. Depending on the relevant professional experience, an assignment to levels 1 to 3 is regularly considered when hiring. This currently results in a monthly tariff gross entry fee ranging from 3,486 euros to 3,843 euros. In addition to the table fee, further collective wages are granted in accordance with the collective agreements mentioned, in particular an annual special payment or special savings banks payment.
