Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

You identify and develop new business opportunities, customers and partners in the international live entertainment environment You actively build relationships with promoters, production companies and other market participants You conduct first conversations and develop them in a structured manner You are regularly present at industry events, conferences and live events You work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager and implement sales activities together You take responsibility for your own topics, regions or contacts You prepare conversations, structure opportunities and follow these consistently You actively contribute to the further development of market approaches and sales activities The role combines independent work in the market with close coordination in the team.

Multiannual experience in sales, business development or in the event/live entertainment industry First experience in independent customer approach and development Ability to build contacts and talk independently Structured working and a good sense of priorities Good communication skills and safe occurrence Very good knowledge of German and English readiness for international travel Enthusiasm for music, artists and live events as well as interest in the industry
