Ensuring a customer- and service-oriented front office at all service locations as the first contact person for tenants, prospects and business partners Ensuring accessibility by telephone during business hours as contact for business partners and tenants Self-adapting of customer contacts around the rental ratio in different communication channels Advising tenants on the company's housing portfolio and the rental process Support of departments Implementation of the telephone quality assurance of rent accommodation Sales of residential services and event tickets Special tasks according to requirements

completed commercial vocational training, preferably in residential real estate or in a service company with high customer and service orientation good local knowledge desirable application-ready English skills very good digital skills
