Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

40-hour basis.

In the position to be occupied, you complement our 9-headed supply chain team and take a central role in the operational order processing and customer support. You are responsible for the end-to-end processing of our customer orders in the DDP business, keeps delivery dates and shipment status in mind and ensure smooth execution. You are in continuous exchange with our customers and with external partners from forwarding and logistics. Internally, you work closely with sales, accounting and e-commerce and actively contribute to stable processes and high customer satisfaction.

Acceptance, acquisition and processing of customer orders in our goods management system Monitoring of delivery dates and consignment status and proactive clarification of deviations Close cooperation with our partner for logistics services and shipments Telephone and written customer support in the B2B area Collection of initial invoices and credits Coordination with internal interfaces (sales, accounting, e-commerce) to clarify job-related issues Maintenance of data relevant to the application in the system and ensuring data quality Support for the transfer and documentation of processes within the team

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Ideally you bring first professional experience in the commercial environment, ideally in order processing, logistics or supply chain. You have a secure handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook, and an ERP program. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing. You are characterized by a structured, careful way of working and self-responsibility and can handle software at the same time and listen to the phone. You take responsibility with heart and mind for your tasks You are a team player with high communication skills in collaboration with your team and other departments.
