Do you want to gain practical experience in an international, listed technology company and actively shape exciting shopping projects? Then become part of our team and support us in the further development and digitization of our shopping processes. As a working student (m/w/d) in purchasing, you can support our team in the operational and strategic procurement and gain exciting insights into national and international procurement processes. Your tasks Working in local and global shopping projects, from market analysis to supplier selection Support in the preparation and execution of tenders for various product groups and services (e.g. facility management, technical services, IT solutions and laboratory materials) Analysis and evaluation of supplier offers and participation in procurement and negotiation talks Support in the implementation and further development of digital shopping solutions, such as SAP Ariba and E-catalogs Creation and maintenance of regular SAP reports for audit and SOX compliance requirements Maintenance and updating of supplier master files, including incoterms, payment terms and supplier authorisations Collection, testing and management of relevant supplier documents, in particular Code of Conduct and Compliance documents Support for cost-out initiatives as well as the creation of presentations, evaluations and release documentation

Continuous studies in the field of business management, economic engineering, supply chain management or a comparable economic or technical degree programme Secure handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, careful and independent operation Communication strength as well as a professional and situation-oriented appearance Teamability, flexibility and high reliability Interest in purchasing, procurement processes and digitization topics
