In our three daycare centers in Lüdenscheid we accompany and care for children aged two to six years in different forms of care. The two-group Kita Children's Villa offers space for a total of 40 children. In the three-group Kita Pfützenhüpfer, 20 full-day places are available. The strengths, resources, needs and interests of each individual child are at the heart of your educational work. You embrace the natural curiosity and joy of discovery of the children and create varied, educationally valuable experience and testing rooms. By building reliable and stable relationships, you will provide children with safety, orientation and security, creating an important basis for their personal development. As part of regular discussions, parents will inform you about the development of their child. In the case of questions and uncertainties, you can help them in partnership and support in their education task. A close and trusting cooperation in the team is of course for you. You regularly exchange with other professionals and work together on pedagogy.
