The "Data Manager" is responsible for providing data-driven solutions and is the interface to the company's stakeholders (mainly front office and related functions) as well as to other teams within data management. You will be part of the Data Manager Community of Data Delivery. We are looking for a person who can successfully translate, moderate and implement the "what the internal customer wants" into "what the company needs". This important function is embedded in a powerful, international team with a clear focus on effectiveness and efficiency.

• Control and supply data-driven solutions with a team of business analysts, data analysts (reporting), data architects and data engineers

• Manage multi-site teams consisting of internal and external colleagues

• Close cooperation mainly with stakeholders from financial business and other stakeholders (e.g. risk management and front office) to identify and develop data requirements to provide them with added value

• Head of operational (external) teams that support our system landscape

• Communicate and discuss requirements with stakeholders at all levels of the company

• Support in identifying and designing efficient IT solutions (solution assessment and recommendations)

• Accept and implement change processes, especially in agile working environments

• Training and/or university degree in IT or a related business discipline

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant positions

• Experience in an (energy) trading organization that ideally includes financial/business controlling, risk management and regulatory reporting

• Excellent skills in business analysis with a pronounced analytical approach and the ability to manage complex dependencies structured and systematic

• Finded understanding of OE (operational excellence) or similar - process xcellence and continuous improvements should be embedded in personal ambition

• Experience in agile and dynamic software and project processing

• Ability to support and implement changes (processes, methods and technology) in a high-speed digital environment

• Ability to support teams in solving technical challenges, especially in managing negotiations between multiple business and IT stakeholders
