We regularly need access to our customers' properties for meter reading and maintenance purposes. For this purpose, keys are permanently provided to us (e.g. by house administrations or private owners). As a specialist (m/w/d) data and key management, you will be responsible for our key management system, where all relevant data are recorded and all borrowing processes are documented. They also perform tasks in the clarification of inconsistencies within the framework of counter reading. Your tasks in detail: You maintain the master data, assign the keys to the respective objects as well as system variables and authorization types in the system and create and manage the forms for customer correspondence. As an application expert, you will check the functionality of the system and its interfaces together with IT management. They describe new requirements for the system, analyze and assess any errors and prompt their solution in direct exchange with our software supplier. Through the regular exchange with the participating internal areas, key output and our customers, you will discover optimization potentials to achieve optimal key management for all stakeholders. In addition, you take over the clarification of significant vulnerabilities in counter readings. For this purpose, you will be able to exchange with customers if necessary, arrange corrections or correction calculations and report errors to the corresponding specialist areas for further processing.

They have completed commercial or technical training and have first professional experience. Your IT affinity and your analytical skills are characterized by you. Ideally, you have already been able to collect experience with key management systems such as SPOT. They are communicative and can address problems clearly if necessary. Dealing with MS Office applications is everyday for you. You have a class B licence.
