In the 32 venues distributed throughout Germany, a total of 214 committees are negotiated and decided on the contradictions. Around 200 non-public meetings of these committees are held each month.

They support the team leadership in professional and organizational tasks (e.g. distribution of labour stocks, quality assurance, guidance of day statistics) They work on tasks to prepare the meetings of the opposition committees and cooperate in organizing the workflows They support/report employees of the team in handling the application programs, in particular in new digital applications They act as a contact person for the decerns and all decernates (for example file returns, appointment requests, appointment changes) In addition, maintain statistics in digital applications

They have completed commercial, office or administrative training or equivalent training/qualification You have several years of professional experience in office or administration A secure handling of the common software applications (e.g. Word, HCL-Notes, Excel) and a general IT-Affinity complete their profile Your open-minded and address-oriented communication skills characterize you You always keep an overview of your structured and well-organized work
