Own-responsible production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Account determination and clarification of balance sheet items (main book, secondary books) Plant accounting (access/exit, AfA, inventory compensation) Processing of complex booking processes (settings, delimitations, assessment topics) Accompanying audits (economic audit, tax audit and personal audit topics such as pension insurance, social security) and contact person for tax advisors:innen/WP Support for sales tax statements (e.g. pre-registrations, summary reports – depending on business) Participation in the development of accounting processes (digitalization, workflows, IKS) Preparation of evaluations/reports and cooperation with controlling and adjacent areas Creation of pay and salary bills incl. Contact person Further development of financial accounting Other topics by appointment with the supervisor

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. tax specialist, industrial clerk) with further training to the account holder (IHK) or comparable Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting / completion Very good knowledge of commercial law (HGB); Tax bases of advantage Secure handling of ERP/financial accounting software (e.g. Infor LN or comparable and DATEV) as well as very good Excel knowledge Structured, careful and reliable operation Analytical thinking, sense of responsibility and discretion Teamability and clear communication – also with interface areas
