Project Manager Grid Implementation Wind Energy (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning and implementation of network connections in wind energy projects - from the call for proposals to the construction process to commissioning. With your experience in civil engineering or electrical engineering, you contribute directly to the energy transition and design projects with real impact. You plan, control and monitor the network realisation of wind energy projects and coordinate all the works involved You are responsible for the procurement and award of construction services, first and foremost schedules and ensure that milestones are adhered to You negotiate and co-ordinate the cable depth construction for cable trays and manage the order processing of medium-voltage cables and switching stations You support future projects through cost processing, implementation deadlines and Lessons Learned You coordinate with project development, sales, purchasing and management and make sure that all interfaces work smoothly You plan and guide dates with owners and construction companies, prepare regular status reports and keep your team informed

You have a completed vocational training in electrical engineering, civil engineering or related craftsmanship - a further education as master or technician is a plus You bring several years of experience in cable deep construction, network connections or in the construction process You are ready to be on the road 2-3 days a week You ideally have knowledge of wind or solar technology or the switching authorization for medium-voltage systems according to VDE 105 part 100 (36 kV) You work safely with MS Office and are used to work structured with data and documents You convince by reliability, planning sense and the ability to coordinate different stakeholders
