This is what we expect as Strategic Financial Controller (m/w/d) You are responsible for: Head of cross-resort strategic (partial) projects with financial focus within Allianz Versicherungs-AG, often also in cooperation with Allianz Group Self-fulfilment of quantitative and qualitative business analyses, including corporate assessments or business plans Creation of decision documents for top management and acquisition of additional tasks, e.g. short-term requests CFO Responsibility and coordination of overarching planning and control processes in finance Responsible takeover of individual workstreams in projects focusing on financials

This is what you bring with you as Strategic Financial Controller (m/w/d) Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a related field. Relevant professional experience in the financial sector and/or experience in managing or cooperating on strategic financial projects Good understanding of the relationship between KPIs and financial indicators of a property insurance company and their impact in accounting and controlling Excellent numerical understanding, high degree of accuracy, pronounced analytical and narrative skills as well as sovereignty in appearance compared to the top management of Allianz Versicherungs-AG High autonomy and flexibility, as well as pragmatism and creativity in the development of solutions Embossed communication and team skills, applied handling of various interface partners in German and English
