Werkstudent Global Demand Management – Technical Service (m/f/d)

Strengthen our Strategy Planning & Transformation area in Munich (Germany) at the next possible time. Support for central demand management – Technical Service Team in the field of Service Development Engineering:

• Acquisition of partial tasks in the context of service introduction or service lifecycle management

• Support in the continuous development of our global service introduction processes including Process documentation & coordination

• Help with planning workshops incl. Termination, preparation, moderation support and follow-up

• Creation & development of presentations, documents, documentation & evaluations (Excel, BI, etc.)

• Cooperation with internal stakeholders in the areas (Service) Product Management and Global Service Operations

• Continuous studies in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable course of studies

• very good knowledge of MS Office

• profound experience in the analysis of data (Excel, VBA, BI, etc.)

• first experience in project management (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

• reliable, efficient and structured operation combined with organizational talent

• analytical thinking and team skills

• very good knowledge of German and English
