As part of a follow-up scheme based on retirement, we are looking for a civil engineer / architect (m/w/d) at the next possible time, who brings interest in a versatile, generalistic activity in a long-term cooperative. Independent processing of projects according to HOAI, performance phases 1- 9 Own-sponsored project management or activity as contractor representation in the fields of construction and building technology Planning, tendering, cost control and billing of new construction, reconstruction and maintenance measures Competent contact for our customers during all project phases

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable discipline - as an alternative a technical designer or technical system designer Ideally experience in housing construction, also professional beginners Embossed structural understanding and cross-structural thinking Teamability, independent and structured operation, flexibility and high reliability
