We are looking for an electronics engineer or plant mechanic as an object engineer of all plants (electro, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary, cold) who is working for the maintenance, repair and operation of the industrial plants at our customer a large beverage manufacturer at the Deizisau site near Stuttgart. They work in a fixed object, so that travel is not susceptible.

• Organisation, control, control and independent implementation of maintenance and repair work on building equipment
• First on-site contact partner for our customer for operating daily business
• Processing of rent requests
• Coordination/accompanied by entrepreneurs
• Maintenance of reporting in cooperation with the object management (month/quarter report)

Your profile - you should bring:

• Complete training in supply technology / technical building management (TGM) (e.g. plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHK), electronics for energy and building technology, central heating and ventilation engineering, mechatronics for refrigeration, etc.)
• Professional experience in service with focus on electrical engineering, MSR, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation (HKLS) or refrigeration technology
