We are looking for a warehouse manager for our location in Hochheim Objective of the position The warehouse management is responsible for the entire organization, control and optimization of the warehouse for trade fair building materials, exhibition stands, furniture, technology and accessories. It ensures the timely provision of all materials for national and international fair projects as well as a smooth flow of goods.

Warehouse organization and inventory management Responsibility for order, cleanliness and safety in the warehouse. Management and control of stocks. regular inventory. Optimization of storage processes and storage surfaces. Ensuring correct storage of trade fair building materials and technical equipment. Material planning and logistics Planning and coordination of material provision for exhibition and event projects. Monitoring of inputs and outputs of goods. Organisation of loading and unloading. Coordination of transports and cooperation with forwarders and service providers. Ensuring the timely availability of all required materials. Staff management Professional and organizational management of the camp employees Operation and holiday planning of the warehouse staff. Instruction and training of new employees. Control of workflows and compliance with quality standards. Safety and quality Compliance with statutory regulations and occupational safety and safety directives. Ensure UVV regulations and storage standards. Control and maintenance coordination of industrial trucks and storage facilities. Continuous improvement of storage processes. Interface management Close cooperation with project managers, and logisticians Support in materials planning for exhibition projects. Communication with suppliers, forwarders and external service providers.

Qualification Complete training in the field of warehouse logistics, forwarding, event technology or comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in warehouse logistics, ideally in trade fair construction or event area. Experience in leadership of employees. Safe handling of warehouse management and ERP systems. Valid forklift. Personal competencies Organizational and structured working. High loadability and flexibility. Responsibility and enforcement.
