You are experienced in the management of housing owners communities (WEG) and are looking for a position with design space, development possibilities and a strong team on your side? For our well-known customers in the real estate industry, we are now looking for committed WEG managers (m/w/d) to take responsibility and maintain real estate with expertise and heart blood. Own-sponsored care of housing owners communities according to WEG law Organisation, implementation and refurbishment of owner meetings Creation of economic plans, annual accounts and reporting Control of service providers, craftsmen and maintenance measures Contact persons for owners, advisers, authorities and external partners

Complete training in the real estate industry (e.g. real estate businessman/wife) or comparable qualification Experience in WEG administration desirable – also professional starters with commitment are welcome Safe handling of MS Office and ideally ERP software (e.g. Domus, Wodis, etc.) Communication strength, organizational skills and a structured working method Knowledge of housing property law (WEG)
