The job is carried out within the framework of a project and in part-time (32 hours/week), and a four-day week is also possible.

• Examination of the turnover tax correctness of transactions and collection and settlement of invoices
• Control of electronic release workflow, maintenance of master data and processing of supplier messages
• Implementation of payrolls, banking accounting and processing of travel costs and credit card bills
• Coordination and clarification of creditor accounts and cash register accounting

Your strengths

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with experience in creditor accounting
• First professional experience in this field, beneficial are knowledge in C&A (Check & Act), Inspire and Oracle
• Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel
• A conscientious and precise operation
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing (US parent company)
