Holistic project management: You control projects in the field of security technology over the entire life cycle – from concept development to successful implementation and coordination Leadership with responsibility: As a specialist manager of the project team, you take responsibility for budgets and ensure smooth operations in your area Efficient follow-up management: You keep an overview of changes and ensure that project adaptations are implemented professionally and economically Teamwork & Customer Focus: You work closely with internal departments and ensure optimal coordination and customer satisfaction through your communication strength

Qualification: They ideally have completed training as technicians or masters in fields such as electrical engineering, data technology, communication technology, network technology or media technology – or have a comparable qualification / professional experience Experience as project manager: They bring professional experience in electrical engineering, ideally in safety technology, and are familiar with the management of sophisticated projects Solution-oriented operation: You convince by your structured and targeted action, with which you can master complex challenges confidently Communication and negotiation skills: With your clear and convincing communication, you are an estimated contact person for customers, colleagues and partners Analytical and cost-conscious thinking: They have a strong understanding of economic relations and always keep an eye on the essentials
