Global Product Manager (m/w/d) Hygiene in Medical Technology

For the Invacare Group you enter the product-saving hygiene and your workplace is on site at Alber GmbH. You are responsible for and accompanying the implementation of the product category strategies in an innovative and modern environment. These include user- and customer-oriented product portfolio management, pricing, and channel and target group orientation. You always have a look at the marketing plan. You recognize the user and health trends and agree closely with internal project teams and with external cooperation partners to define product requirements. This ensures the implementation of the projects. For the hygiene product line you are the expert and act as a contact person in the inside and outside. Continuous monitoring of the performance of your product portfolio is in your hands and thus you implement adaptations of marketing and operating strategies for existing and new products. You are responsible for the sales and margin of the product categories assigned to you. You will participate in legal and regulatory issues to ensure global compliance and also in the development of global and regional communication plans.

You have a degree in marketing or comparable training. You bring several years of professional experience in international organisations and experience in implementing strategic and operational projects. You know yourself in the global healthcare industry and have a good understanding of the most important trends and influencing factors, as well as experience in a marketing or trading function. You complement your technical skills with your distinct analytical skills. You quickly acquire product knowledge and bring project experience with you. You work on multiple projects at the same time in terms of results and problem-solving and keep an overview with your organizational talent and your reliable way. If you have already worked with the project management tool MS-Project, this is of advantage, but no need. You will encounter new challenges with a hand-on mentality. You drive teams across functions and prove your communications talent in German and English at any time. You are a real team player, your colleagues can always rely on you and appreciate your friendly, open way.
