Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

• In your role as Product Owner Workplace - Windows (m/w/d), you actively shape the Tchibo Digital Workplace strategy based on Microsoft 365 and other innovative solutions.
• You take responsibility for building and maintaining the roadmap and the backlogs for the most important product versions.
• You control the entire lifecycle of the Windows Core client, take care of the feature management and address other components close to the operating system and hardware goods baskets.
• You identify market trends and guide innovative solutions into a clear product vision. In close cooperation with Tchibo, you understand, analyze and implement company-wide requirements.
• To further develop your product, you work closely with IT support as well as the Engineering Teams (IC) / Center of Excellence (CoE)). Another highlight of your activity is the responsibility for providing and maintaining relevant knowledge articles for IT support and end users.
• You are driving cross-functional cooperation with other IT teams to ensure a successful, team-wide implementation of the Digital Workplace Strategy .

Your profile: You always reinvent us.

• You have a degree in information technology, business informatics or comparable training (e.g. in the field of system integration or application development).
• You already bring in sound technical knowledge about Microsoft 365 products, especially with regard to Microsoft operating systems Windows 10/11 and the corresponding Mobile Device Management solutions (Intune/Endpoint Configuration Manager).
• You have at least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure with focus on client engineering and related technologies such as Entra ID, M365, Autopilot and Group Policy.
• Experiences as Product Owner or Product Manager are a plus.
• You understand the challenges of the disciplines and meet them at eye level with understanding, passion for your themes and targeted solutions .
• You convince with your curiosity, openness and the fun of changes you actively shape and drive.
• Your strong communication and team skills complete your profile.
