For our Strategic Personal Development department, we are looking for a full or part-time (min. 25 hours/week) for the South region ( Grafenrheinfeld, Gundremmingen or Isar/Essenbach).

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Monitor, control and develop existing health measures and programmes Develop and implement new measures and concepts to promote the health of employees in the context of occupational health management (BGM) Integrating the BGM strategy into the corporate structure and objectives Advising executives and employees on health promotion, prevention and reintegration issues, supporting the design of health-promoting working conditions Planning, performing and evaluating actions such as health days, lectures, workshops and information campaigns to increase health awareness in the company Analyze health data, such as absentee statistics, and develop KPIs for success measurement, regular reporting on the status and effect of BGM measures Cooperation with internal departments, business physicians, health insurance companies and external service providers to promote health initiatives Developing and implementing training and support in the planning and implementation of individual reintegration programmes in cooperation with employees, executives and external partners

Successfully completed studies in the field of prevention (e.g. health management, sports sciences) or a commercial training with training qualification Multiannual experience in occupational health management or occupational health promotion, ideally in a decentralized company structure Knowledge of the analysis of health data and the development of strategic health measures High implementation strength, result orientation and pronounced solution competence readiness for regular missions, mainly to intermediate camps of the BGZ in the South region
